CloudLit stores information needed to provide equipment inventory and maintenance reminders.

Information we collect

Business contact information, authorised user accounts, customer contact details, site information, equipment inventory, maintenance records and optional maintenance photographs.

Why we use it

To operate the maintenance service, keep company records separated, schedule maintenance, send requested service reminders and secure the platform.

Marketing

Product information is sent only where the relevant marketing permission has been recorded. Marketing permission can be withdrawn without losing access to the maintenance service.

Sharing and retention

Records are not sold. They are made available only to authorised users of the relevant company, CloudLit administrators and service providers required to operate notifications or hosting. Records are retained only while required for the service, legal obligations or an agreed retention period.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of eligible personal information and can withdraw optional notification or marketing permissions.

This notice must be updated with CloudLit’s formal business identity and privacy contact before public launch.
